Types of Charms
The basics are as follows. There are three main types of charms :
Dangling Charms – The traditional t
ype that hang from a bracelet by small ring of clasp. These the kind that were wildly popular in the 1970s and are again very fashionable.
Bead Charms – A more recent innovation these charms are of a be a type that slides onto the charm bracelet as opposed to clipping onto or hanging from one. Again generally made of sterling silver or gold.
Italian Charms – These are are the cheapest type of charm bracelet and are made of stainless steel links as opposed to precious metal. Very popular in europe and also amongst kids.
